Step-by-Step Guide to Filling out a PDF Forms
1. Open the Form
In your Flow, click on the PDF form you need to complete within TakeTurns. This will open the file preview window. BTW: If you have forms you want to share with the other organization just add it to the flow and send updates.
2. Fill Out the Form
In the file preview window, click on the form fields and enter all the required information. No need for external tools—everything is done within TakeTurns.
3. Add Your Signature
Need to sign the form? Click on the signature field and choose how you’d like to sign—you can draw, type, or upload a signature.
4. Save Changes
Once you’re done, hit “save changes,” and TakeTurns will automatically create a new revision of the document, keeping everything organized. BTW: If something doesn’t look right and you want to start over, simply “remove” the revision and make adjustments.
5. Send the Completed Form:
Everything looks good? Close the file preview window and on the main flow screen click “SEND UPDATE.” This will share your completed form to the other party. They’ll receive the completed form and your (optional) message immediately.
